On May 13th, 2024, Chefs Manu Bufarra (Manu, Curitiba), Mirette Aly (TLT Concepts, Egypt) take guests on a captivating dining experience through The Lemon Tree & Co. at One-Ninety. A multi-course tasting menu traded off between the two chefs, playfully reflecting on the flavors that represent their most cherished childhood memories, set in the chefs' metaphorical playground. A space transformed, in places, to mimic the playgrounds of the chefs' childhood memories and set the tone for a fascinating & playful dining experience.

Please note, this tasting menu is not suitable for Seafood, Shellfish, Nuts, Gluten, Dairy & Soy allergies and intolerances.

Itinerary:

7:30 PM Arrival at The Lemon Tree & Co. and entrance to the terrace for ‘Sips & Bites’, a collection of appetizers and drinks curated by the chefs.

8:30 PM Tour ‘Behind the Scenes’ passing through the kitchen, leading to The Box.

9:00 PM Tasting menu curated by Chefs Manu Buffara, Mirette Aly, accompanied by live entertainment.

10:30 PM ‘Cairo Food Week After Hours’, the dining space transforms into a party.
